Forth of July follow-up and local kudos … as promised Solari Cattle Ranch, here are a few snapshots of your winner winner tomahawk steaks dinner, which were a HUGE hit & absolutely delicious (that is very high praise from a gal who was veggie for 18.5 years!). Must extend partial credit to griller extraordinaire, hubby Mike, for cooking these beauties to perfection!

Thanks as well to who saved the day when our lobster traps pulled up empty. We could not have asked for a better surf & turf combo from local land & sea.

Support your surrounding farmers & fishers, folks! Methane or not, buying from next door is waaay more sustainable than having our food shipped across country.

And while I’m at it I must give a shout out to another local fav farm for all of the fixins in between!
