Mrs. McLemore is entering her second year of teaching and her eighth year in education.

"I'm looking forward to being back in my hometown after living here for 13 years. I can't wait to be part of an amazing team and meet my new little besties!"

Outside of school, Mrs. McLemore enjoys spending time with her family and her children.

As we prepare for a great new school year, Kemp ISD is making a few changes focused on safety, security, and healthy habits for our Jackets!

Here's what's new:
✅ Clear backpacks required (Pre-K–12th)
✅ Lunchboxes, small purses, and small personal items do NOT need to be clear — students may still use their favorite lunchbox or small bag within their backpack for personal items
✅ Clear water bottles only during school hours
✅ Water only during the school day — sodas, coffee, juices, and teas welcome at meal times
✅ Food items stored until designated meal times
