⛰️ I'm CBT based, directive and goal oriented
⛰️ I accept Regence, PacificSource Commerical and Lyra Health.
⛰️ I work with committed couples wanting to strengthen relationship, improve communication and conflict management skills. No dv/divorce.
⛰️ I am Gottman 2 trained and use it to assess couples, ESFT certified, Directive and skill based
⛰️ I accept private pay and Lyra Health only for couples work.
