This is another project in Pittsburg, NH that I worked on with Cabin Country Builders. This was an existing house that I show simple drawings of on the last slide - about half of the existing house remained in tact while the kitchen and living room part of the house were demo'd and rebuilt after seeing the existing framing. Two volumes were added on creating a two-bay garage with a primary suite above and a bar room off of the living room. Parts of the house are still under construction so this one will be due for another photo shoot in the future

This was the first time I was able to see my drawings turn to reality using CAD and BIM software.
