Contenders is moving in to The Summit Athletic Center! Heavy bags are being hung and classes start Monday May 22.

For the first few weeks the schedule is as follows:
Monday & Wednesday 5-6 pm boxing, 6-7 pm kickboxing
Friday 5:30-6:30 pm heavy bags and open gym

Watch for more Contenders workouts as they settle in.

Yes! if you are a Summit member you can participate in Contenders workouts and if you are a Contenders member you can participate in Summit workouts💪🏻
