New home buyers beware, when hiring an inspector. Have them inspect the electrical wiring in switches and receptacles. We are finding the equipment grounding conductor cut completely off in boxes. This is a serious code violation. The attached picture shows the two ground wires towards the back cut. We have found this throughout this particular fairly new home. This I’m sure is the result of hiring the “ Lowest Bidder”. Cheaper is” NOT EVER” better.

Installed a 120 volt receptacle hidden behind this lighted mirror. We also hung the mirror.
