This primary bathroom remodel had one clear goal, to update and upgrade.

The original layout was reworked to create a larger walk-in wet area, removing the existing tub and shower and introducing a freestanding vessel tub paired with a streamlined shower and linear drain. A custom dual vanity with an integrated storage tower was added to improve organization and keep daily essentials close without visual clutter.

Quartzite Pietra Santa polished countertops, honed Carrara marble flooring, and Angela Harris Flatiron Antique tile set a calm, cohesive material palette throughout the space. Layered lighting with LED mirrors, sconces, and recessed fixtures supports both task lighting and a softer ambient feel.

Every decision was made in collaboration with the clients and designer to create a brighter, more intentional daily routine.

We’re hiring a highly organized professional to support leadership and keep our operations running smoothly.

This role includes:
• Managing payroll, AP/AR, and job costing
• Maintaining financials in QuickBooks Online
• Preparing and managing contracts and documentation
• Handling subcontractor agreements, W9s, and insurance records
• Overseeing day-to-day office operations and administrative support

Ideal candidate:
• 5+ years office management experience
• Construction or related industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and systems mindset
• Proficient in Excel and basic QuickBooks
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven

Project Manager

We’re hiring a high-performing construction professional to lead and execute high-end residential renovation projects.

This role includes:
• Full oversight of residential renovation projects
• Managing schedules, subcontractors, and job site ex*****on
• Enforcing quality standards throughout each phase
• Managing budgets, job costs, and profitability
• Communicating directly with clients and trades
• Proactively solving issues in the field

Ideal candidate:
• 3–5+ years residential construction experience required
• Strong ability to run projects independently
• Excellent understanding of sequencing and job flow
• Highly organized, accountable, and detail-focused
• Strong communicator with clients and subcontractors
