One thing I've learned over the last few weeks while welcoming many new followers and consulting with potential clients is that there are countless women who have had disappointing experiences elsewhere and are searching for someone they can trust.
If you've followed my work, then you already know my philosophy:
No head of hair is hopeless. I truly believe almost anything can be corrected, transformed, or enhanced with the right plan, the right products, and the right expertise.
What I ask in return is that you understand the value behind that transformation.
With over 25 years of experience, every appointment is built on education, skill, customization, and a commitment to delivering results. When you schedule with me, I am not simply reserving a chair. I am reserving time, expertise, inventory, planning, and energy specifically for you.
Jasmine and I take tremendous pride in caring for our clients, listening to their concerns, and creating solutions tailored to their needs. We genuinely care about your experience and work hard to exceed expectations.
Because of this, our policies are in place to protect both your time and ours.
Appointment Policies
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible rather than waiting until the last minute.
• New clients are required to leave a deposit to reserve their appointment.
We understand that true emergencies happen, and those situations will always be handled with understanding and compassion.
