HOA Dues Reminder:

This is a reminder that HOA assessments are due by the established due date. As the homeowner, you are responsible for ensuring your assessments are paid on time.

HOA assessments are disclosed during the closing process, and all homeowners are made aware of their obligation to pay these dues. Statements are sent as a courtesy by U.S. Mail and, if an email address is on file, by email. Please note that the Association is not responsible for delays or delivery issues with the U.S. Postal Service or email. Not receiving a statement does not relieve a homeowner of the responsibility to make timely payment.

Payments received after the due date are subject to late fees and interest in accordance with the Association's governing documents. Please be aware that paying only the regular assessment amount after the due date does not eliminate or satisfy any applicable late fees or accrued interest. Any outstanding balance, including late fees and interest, will remain on your account until paid in full.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and for helping maintain the financial health of our community.

In observance of Independence Day, our office hours will be adjusted as follows:

📅 Thursday, July 2 – Closing at 2:00 PM
📅 Friday, July 3 – Office Closed

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 06, 2026.

If your community experiences a common area emergency during the holiday closure, please contact our emergency line and follow the prompts. For all other non-emergency matters, feel free to email us, and we'll respond as soon as we return.

🌧️ Rainy Season Reminder: Stay Safe and Be Prepared! ☔

As we head into the rainy season, a little preparation can go a long way in keeping you and your family safe and comfortable.

Before heading out, remember to:

• Bring an umbrella or raincoat to stay dry during unexpected showers.
• Check the weather forecast before leaving home.
• Wear appropriate footwear with good traction to prevent slips and falls.
• Allow extra travel time as roads may be wet and traffic can be heavier than usual.
• Keep your phone charged and carry a portable power bank if possible.
• Drive carefully and reduce speed during heavy rain.
• Secure outdoor items around your home that could be blown away by strong winds.
• Have emergency supplies ready including flashlights, batteries, and basic first aid items.

Remember: Safety starts with preparation. Stay alert, stay dry, and take care of one another during the rainy season!
