Get ready for one of the most exciting workouts of the summer!

On June 20th, we’re bringing the energy with Games Day, a team-based workout designed to challenge you, motivate you, and remind you why training is better together.

You’ll be working in teams of three as you take on three different zones, each with its own unique challenge. Strategy, teamwork, and effort will be the keys to success as you move through the workout together, encouraging one another every step of the way.
