Since October of 2024, Lady has been waiting.

Month after month, this sweet girl has patiently hoped that someone would see her for the incredible companion she is and give her the forever home she deserves.

Lady is everything so many people say they’re looking for. She’s gentle, calm, house-trained, loves belly rubs, enjoys leisurely walks, and is happiest curled up beside the people she loves. Yet somehow, she continues to be overlooked.

Lady lost the vision in her right eye. Despite specialist visits and ongoing care, her sight won’t return. Through it all, she has remained the same sweet, loving girl who greets her people with tail wags, butt wiggles, and kisses. She doesn’t complain. She doesn’t give up. She simply keeps hoping.

As the days turn into months, our hearts break for this deserving girl. She shouldn’t be spending her golden years in rescue. She should be napping on a couch, soaking up the sunshine, and knowing the comfort of a family who loves her.

Lady’s adoption fee is sponsored, making her adoption completely free to an approved home. She has so much love left to give. All she needs is someone willing to give her a chance.
