FACEBOOK HELP WANTED – SALES (KC METRO)
Accessibility Remodeling LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for the Kansas City Metro
This is a hunter sales role — not an order-taking position.
What this role actually is:
Cold calling and unannounced, in-person visits to:
Rehab centers
Nursing homes
Hospitals
Home care / medical-related organizations
Building referral relationships and closing remodeling work
Using a computer/CRM (JobTread experience is a plus, not required)
Reviewing sold projects with our Production Manager after the sale
We will train the right person on accessibility remodeling.
We will not train someone how to sell.
Schedule & Pay:
Flexible weekday schedule (nights/weekends uncommon)
3-month training period paid hourly
After training:
$25,000 base salary
10% commission on manager-approved sales after an annualized threshold
Realistic six-figure potential for strong performers
Requirements:
Proven sales experience
Comfortable with cold calls and face-to-face prospecting
Comfortable using computers
Reliable transportation
Travel expenses are covered by the salesperson as part of compensation
