Open Circle
Most of us were taught to look at what people lack rather than what they carry. To diagnose. To advise. To fix. And we've gotten so good at it that we rarely stop to ask — whose healing am I actually avoiding right now?
This Sunday we're sitting with a question that came directly out of last week's conversation: Am I conditioned to be judgmental? Not as self-criticism — as honest inquiry into the language we use, the assumptions we carry, and the ways solutionism and saviorism become substitutes for our own deconditioning.
The path away from fixing others runs directly through healing yourself.

Everything you do online is public. Most of us know that — and most of us act like we don't.
This Sunday we're asking a question that sounds simple and goes very deep: What is your personal privacy policy? Not the one buried in an app's terms of service. Yours. The one that tells you what you're actually comfortable sharing, what you want to protect, and how to make those decisions from self-knowledge rather than fear.
There's no single formula. That's the point. This is about developing your own threshold — consciously, on your own terms.
