We were featured on yesterday morning to take a deep dive into the Leawood Living home.
David Schleicher joined Dan Brown, Therese Wickey, and Keith Sauro to talk with the my KC Live team about what makes this home not only beautiful, but comfortable, healthy, durable, and sustainable.
In case you missed it! The Leawood Living project was featured this week live on My KC LIVE! David joined the architect, Dan Brown from Sixtwentyone, and designer/homeowner Therese Wickey alongside Keith Sauro, publisher of Design KC Magazine.
The project is highlighted in the Spring 2026 issues of DesignKC which hits the stands this week.

From KU’s Studio 804 program to weekend fixer-uppers, Chandler’s been all-in on design-build for quite some time.
By day, he’s an integral part of the Kala design team. By night, he’s with his family and mixing in runs and basketball games as often as his knees allow.
