Volunteering is good for the soul. Each month, our Scholars volunteer at Kanbe's Market, where they focus on building a more inclusive food system.

Just as Kanbe's works to ensure good food is accessible to everyone while reducing waste, Exceptional Humans is working to ensure that every person has access to meaningful opportunities to learn, work, and belong. Together, we believe inclusion means creating communities where everyone has a place

We're excited to welcome Joseph as one of the newest members of the Exceptional Humans Microenterprise Program!

Writing under the pen name Josh Dragon, Joseph is both an author and illustrator of children's books that inspire readers with messages of faith, inclusivity, and responsibility. Through his stories, Joseph hopes to encourage kindness, acceptance, and positive values while sharing his creativity with the world.
