Help for beating the heat.

Watch for symptoms of overheating when you’re outside on hot days including
• Dizziness
• Headache
• Nausea
• Muscle Cramps
• Heavy Sweating.
These symptoms can become serious, so act fast!
Get out of the heat and into air-conditioning or cool water, like a swimming pool.
Sip cool, non-alcoholic beverages slowly such as water or sports drinks with electrolytes.
If symptoms worsen, seek medical help immediately by calling 911.
