Hikaru Carrol and
Ashia Harris (Southland all conference selection) are committed to not only WINNING but WORKING. 6am. 6pm. Under the lights on Tuesdays and Fridays. Doesn’t matter. They show up and put the time in. Put the work in.
Their sole focus is getting better while putting Rich Township and themselves on the map PERMANENTLY. BELIEVE IN IT because they do. Because they have to. Transforming the culture is not for the weak or easily deterred.

Academically they are AP students both in the top 5% in a class of 650+ students. It is a condition of their training to maintain a 3.0. ELEVATING ATHLETES is the focus.
