Today is Merna's last day at Terry Homes, and as you can see... we're mourning the loss of our favorite boss. 🖤⚰️

The office dress code today is black because things just won't be the same without her. We're not saying we're taking this retirement hard... but we've already started discussing grief counseling and who gets to inherit all of Merna's wisdom.

In all seriousness, Merna has been the heart of our office for so many years. Her leadership, kindness, patience, and ability to keep us all in line (most of the time) will be impossible to replace.

We are incredibly thankful for everything she's done for our team and for the countless homeowners she's helped along the way.

Please help us wish Merna a retirement filled with relaxation, travel, laughter, and absolutely no alarm clocks.

Congratulations, Merna! We'll miss you more than words can say... even if we're being a little dramatic about it. ❤️
