We are Loren's Auto Repair, a busy independent auto repair shop in Kalispell that has been in business 37 years. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As we continue to grow, we are creating this position to help us continue creating that high level of service our customers expect. This position will be incredibly important in our customer’s overall experience.

Some of what this role will be responsible for:
* Answering the phone and assisting customers
* Scheduling appointments
* Helping customers get checked in/out
* Shuttling customers to/from our shop
* Picking up parts and running errands
* Inputting and handling warranty claims
* Assisting our two Service Advisors
* Occasionally helping to wash cars in the shop although this will not be a primary function

Some of what we are looking for:

* A high care factor (taking care of customers/ making sure the job is done right)
* A positive attitude
* A valid driver’s license
* Ability to type and use a computer

This position will be a full-time/permanent role.

Wages are negotiable ($15-$19/hour).

This position is important in our customer's overall experience whether it be giving them a shuttle ride back home or to work, picking up a part so the Technician can repair their vehicle in a timely manner, or washing their vehicle at the end of the repair. When not doing one of these tasks, the person in this role will typically help keep the shop and grounds looking clean and neat, helping keep inventory stocked and organized, and assist other employees where needed. Since this job involves operating a vehicle, it does require and clean and valid driver's license.

This position will be full-time position 40 hours per week.

We currently work Monday through Friday so there isn't any evenings or weekends required.

Some of these Position Requirements:

*Washing vehicles after they are serviced
*Cleaning up in the shop (sweeping, mopping, emptying garbage)
*Keeping the shop and grounds neat and orderly (free from clutter, debris, trash, etc.)
*Shuttling customers to/from the shop
*Maintaining shop equipment
*Picking up parts and running errands
*Helping the Service Writers expedite jobs
*Assisting Technicians with vehicles (on occasion)
*Detailing vehicles (on occasion)

Wages:: $15-22/hour + benefits
