2 positions availbale for 4 hours a day each, 5 days a week: Monday- Friday. Start after 6pm.

This can be a great position for extra income or a full-time job opportunity!

Work independently or in team of two (bring your own teammate). Will train the right candidates. Must have reliable transportation, smart phone.

Duties : Clean and disinfect bathrooms, exam rooms, offices, waiting rooms and other areas of the building. Clean floor by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and auto scrubbing. Dust furniture, equipment, walls, light fixtures and art work. Wash mirrors, glass doors and windows. Collect and take out trash.

Qualifications : Ability to read instructions on the bottles of chemicals. Ability to use residential and commercial cleaners. Ability to walk, stand, bend, and kneel for a long period of time and lift up to 35lb. Ability to operate power tools such as vacuum cleaners and auto scrubbers. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Must have good attendance and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Monday-Friday 6pm until done
Salary: starting $13.00-$15.00 /hour or DOE.
Paid time off after one year. Occasional bonuses.
