The National Bison Range was established in 1908 to provide sanctuary for the American Bison. On this particular day the bison were off in a distance, but the landscape does not disappoint. The fast moving darkened clouds provide for high contrast lighting on a sculpted landscape that in some shots were backdropped by the towering Mission Range.
