48 years ago Chuck Plummer had a dream to create a high quality butcher shop in the flathead valley. He started out by cutting meat in their 2-car garage and got to walk alongside his son, grandson, and several dedicated employees to see the dream ever expand into what Lower Valley Processing is today.
