I think as you get older, and more mature in all areas of your life, this is truer than ever. So many women my age, or approaching my age, are speaking on this.
I was telling my oldest son, who is now 16, that I know society says what I have isn't good enough, that I need to be more ambitious, I need a big house, more property, a new car, blah blah blah. But the truth is, I have never been more content in my life! I have never seen more of my family than I do now as I live between my parents and my brother, I'm in the country where I've always wanted to be, I have the luxury(though many sacrifices were made) to be at home with my children every day, and it's so beautifully quiet. So, come to think of it, I now have everything I've always wanted!
Enjoy this new journey ladies, enjoy simplicity, embrace joy! Society doesn't pay for your life, and when you're old, I don't think the thoughts that dominate your memory will be what society thought or didn't think. This is your life, so praise Jesus, thank Him for the blessings, sip a cup of coffee and relax!

I am delighted to share my recent experience working on the Ryan Zinke campaign as the MUA. It was a busy summer, but this project was a highlight. The crew was exceptional, and Ryan is a sincere and passionate leader.
It was a well-coordinated production, and I am thankful for the opportunity to be involved in something so important.
