My brother-in-law .quaresma makes this. Even knows the farmer not far from their home in São Paulo. As clean as you can get. For the first time we can drink a ton of coffee on an empty stomach in the AM and not get gut rot! 😜 Coffee is not hard on the stomach, btw. BAD coffee is. The brand we are leaving is locally roasted, organic, etc, etc, by folks with mustaches and flannel and this is still a revelation of sorts.
