Trust, one thing I've struggled with my whole life

Trusting others...
My brain has always said, "I can trust you."
My heart ends up saying, "Don't trust their words."

God told me, "Trust me, and I'll teach you to trust them."

What's a blessing you've received that you didn't see as a blessing right away?

A little over a year ago, I tore my achilles

At the time, I didn't even realize I tore it, I just thought I broke my ankle. And when the doctors told me I tore my achilles, I was utterly shocked. It's like the light at the end of the tunnel went out, I had no idea what to think or how my future would look.

Looking back now, it forced me to work on my patience. It helped me let go of expectations I had on myself, and it helped it relate and inspire those who've gone through similar situations

No, I'll probably never run an 11.4sec 100m dash or have a 31in vertical again. But I have grown as a man. Those things were a part of my past, and God is building me for my future

It's hard to imagine right now

But one day, you will see what's in store for you
