Sorry for the late reminder Garden Book club friends. Tomorrow is the day. We will be pondering the second four questions at the end of your book. I am looking forward to seeing you all. Remember the Book club meets the fourth Thursday of the month until October which will meet the third Thursday on October 15th at KVCC to greet the Author. Bring your best self.

I want to give a big shout out tho the YWCA staff for coming over and helping at the Garden. We put in some posts for the tomato beds. Thank you Garden friends. Mr. Mike next time we take the picture before you have to bounce. I appreciate you too.

My new Girl Scout gardener buddies. They were very good learners at the Place of Peace Garden tiny tour. I was impressed with their courage to test different foods. Can’t wait to introduce them to the Healing Garden. We planted lettuce and took home a tomato plant to grow with their family.

I am so grateful for my village. They showed up and enjoyed the Book club meet up and had a great time. Books have been distributed and we are ready for the next six months of the healing Garden Book club. The rain fooled us for sure. I’m also sorry for providing the wrong address to folks if it rained. It was not 1015 Lake Street. It is 1015 Egleston Ave if it rains. If it’s nice out we will definitely be at the healing Garden at 1024 Lake street. See you all the May 28th. If anyone else is interested we have a few books left.
