Are you passionate about the outdoors? Love building community? Want to help lead unforgettable adventures for fellow students? This is your chance!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, supportive, and motivated students to join our LandSea Leader team. As a leader, you’ll help facilitate trips, build outdoor skills, foster inclusive group experiences, and create meaningful connections in the outdoors. No matter your experience level, we’re looking for students who are excited to learn, grow, and help others do the same.

Being a LandSea Leader is an incredible opportunity to:
