While the heavy snow has melted for now, this winter has already tested a lot of roofs. Wet snow, shifting loads, refreeze cycles, and ice buildup can leave behind damage that isn’t always obvious from the ground.
Even when things look clear, stress from earlier storms can show up later as leaks, sagging gutters, or flashing issues.

What has been on your mind when it comes to your home this winter?
We hear a lot of similar questions this time of year. Roofing, gutters, ice, drafts, leaks, or things that just do not feel quite right.
At Worthy, we focus on listening to homeowners and staying connected to the neighborhoods we work in. This winter, as we have been out leaving winter checklists on doors, many of the same concerns have come up.
We thought it would be helpful to open this up as a community conversation. We will be in the comments sharing what we are seeing and helping sort out what is normal for winter versus what may be worth keeping an eye on.
