Here’s what to expect on every day basis for this client:

Assist members:
- With Transportation to and from appointments
- In resolving issues with previous appointments
- With a transportation recovery where a scheduled trip has failed.
- With benefits eligibility

Please note: all systems, certifications and documentations are in English. However, you will be required to assist customers in Spanish.You will need to speak Spanish fluently pass, an assessment in Spanish.

• Checking an order status
• Inquiring about a repair

• Soft sales are required
Home Improvement store:
On a day-to-day basis, businesses can expect to participate in the following
activities:
• Inbound sales, customer service, and store support
• Assisting customers with product questions
• Placing new orders
• Handling existing orders - returns/ replacements
• Provide store-specific support
• Contacting vendors for shipping information
Requirements:
Retail store:
A USB Headset is required in certification and while servicing
• Minimum 8 GB RAM required
• MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 10 or 11
Home improvement store:
• Smartphone Required for secondary code verification
• 64 GB total Hard Drive or higher
• USB VoIP Headset
• Windows 11 Supported
• Dual monitors required

My company is now looking for Spanish speaking individuals to work from home taking calls you have to be able to speak Spanish and English all inbound calls you will be answering calls for a roadside assistance company you will be assisting customers who is in need of any type of roadside assistance.
