Bill 41 is landmark legislation that will:
* Gives City officials the tools to enforce against illegal vacation rentals.
* Restricts vacation rentals and visitor lodging to resort zoning on Oahu.
* Promotes permanent residency in our neighborhoods.
* Increases the housing stock for local families.
* Stops tourism sprawl.
