Kailua Elementary School Library

Strengthening my sense of excellence by trying to be consistent with my fun reading each day even though life gets busy. Started a new book and loving it so far. Haven’t had a full week of logging to earn a “streak” sticker yet. Presently logged 540 minutes of reading this summer. How about you?

Yes, we come to work on Mondays, even after running a marathon. Today was productive (admittedly a little slower in pace) and overall typical day at the library. Congrats to my other teacher colleagues who did the same! Difficulty is relative. Have a great week!

I read for my mind. I create art and music for my spirit. And I exercise regularly for my body. It is a good thing to test the limits of ability by tackling hard ideas, working on difficult and tedious projects, and getting out there and doing hard things. This will be marathon #5 if all goes well on Sunday. Whatever the outcome I have nothing to lose and everything to gain. :). Have a great weekend!
