Dan Sefjack represented Intracoastal Pointe, Inc. with the sale of an office building to PSI Property Holdings, LLC at 140 Intracoastal Pointe Drive, Jupiter, FL 33477.

I had the pleasure of doing deals with two long-time colleagues in the commercial real estate business. I’ve known both Steve Paige and Jay Romfh for over 30 years and it was great to reconnect. They’re both seasoned professionals and made it easy to get the deals done.

Steve represented Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering who leased a 2,947 square foot space in the Jupiter Corporate Center at 825 S US1 in Jupiter. I’ve known Charlie Isiminger since we were kids and they’ll be a great addition to the building.

Jay represented Custom Elevator Interiors for the sublease of a 9,246 square foot space at 15850 Guild Court in the Palm Beach Park of Commerce.
