What inspired us to post is news that there are plans to turn JD, an amazing state park many of us enjoy riding and exploring nature in, into golf courses. Greetings, Revolutionaries. It’s been a while, and we hope on this Independence Day you all are healthy, happy, and enjoying friends, family & your fitness journey. For our family, that adventure embarks on a new road today for Michelle Manrique. She has worked hard over the last six months to get certified as a Hot Yoga teacher, and this morning is leading her first class at At Zero Yoga Institute, a beautiful new studio in Palm Beach Gardens.

Whatever roads you’re traveling, take care and savor the good stuff. ✌🏽 🇺🇸 ❤️ 😅

We are splitting the 6:30 pm time slot, and hope to enjoy a little happy hour afterwards.
