The issue isn’t P**n. It’s powerlessness.

You’re not craving pixels.

You’re craving a place to lead without apology.

To be *the one who sees clearly* and acts on it.

To feel your own fire again — not fake it through tabs and scrolling.

You’re not broken.

You’re underexpressed.

You’ve been taught to channel your power into silence, distraction, and nice-guy self-control.

But control isn’t clarity.

And numbing isn’t sovereignty.

This isn’t about shame.

It’s about *remembering what’s yours to carry.*

Your edge.

Your mission.

Your masculine presence.

You don’t need a detox.

You need direction.

DM **Wake-Up Window** if you’re done outsourcing your power to screens, systems, or survival mode.

Let’s change that.

You think she’s pi**ed because of perimenopause.

Mood swings, hormones, “that time of life.”

But here’s the real reason she’s fed up:

She’s been carrying **everything that matters**

the kids, the vision, the values

while you’ve been stuck in your head, your job, or just trying not to screw it up.

She doesn’t want your advice.

She wants you **present.**

Not walking on eggshells.

Not fixing.

Just **showing up fully.**

She’s not crazy.

She’s tired of doing it alone.

→ This is the kind of clarity I help men reclaim.

**DM “Wake-Up Window” if you’re ready to stop guessing and start leading.**

Teaching your kid to cook isn’t really about the food.

Sure, it's useful and yes, it’s nice when they can eventually make something besides microwave mac and cheese. But really? It’s about slowing down. Paying attention. Making space for a little mess and a lot of connection.

They’re not just learning to chop veggies. They’re learning patience, confidence, and that it’s okay to screw something up and try again.

One day, they’ll cook for themselves. Maybe for their own families. Maybe they’ll even teach their kids what you taught them. But right now? They need you in the kitchen. Not as a chef. As a dad.

Because showing up imperfectly, messily, fully is the recipe they’ll remember.

I used to think I had an anger problem. But it turns out, I really had a *self-awareness* problem.

Small things would set me off, a noise, a mess, a question at the wrong time. And every time I’d lose it, I’d justify it by how “disrespectful” or “lazy” something or someone was.

But the way I see it? I was just carrying too much unspoken stress. And someone else, usually someone I loved, would end up wearing it.

Just like that Limp Bizkit lyric? “First one to complain leaves with the bloodstain.”

Yeah. That states it perfectly for me.. It wasn’t about the thing. It was about everything *behind* the thing.

These days, I try to catch myself before I go off. Sometimes it’s hydration. Sometimes it’s sleep. Sometimes it’s just... breathing before speaking.

And when I do that, I don’t just avoid blowups. I actually get what I needed in the first place:

Connection. Calm. Clarity.

Because leadership doesn’t mean keeping it all together. It means knowing when you’re not and doing something about it.
