Let me reintroduce myself… because let’s be real it’s been awhile since I’ve posted or even myself in years to this wall. Shout out to for always providing true to self images. 😂

Anyways, as you can see from my stories for the past couple years I’ve pulled away from showing photo work and have been showing roof work and my indoor farm. So I figured this image showing me enjoying my favorite thing no matter how bad it is, Coffee. Idgaf if it’s cliche or what. It makes me happy and at this point in my life, that’s what matters.

So here’s to switching back to being more of a personal account, I only have a handful of weddings left for the year before I’m officially retired from shooting. If y’all have any new title names to switch from the professional second, drop them below ⬇️

You’re probably going to see this and be like, holy crap she’s finally posted, or omg it’s finally not another portrait. Here’s the thing, you aren’t wrong about either 😂
I’ve had no idea what to show cause I have done so much since October. I know a lot of people have been saying that, or saying they are busier then they are. Here’s the thing with all this talk I see on this topic in the photo industry, what is busy for one person may not be for you or vise versa. We all have different levels of what we can handle and assuming otherwise, well it really isn’t anyone’s business but that person. Real talk. It’s been a hell of a year for EVERYONE. Period. Some may voice their problems more then others, and cool if that makes you feel better. I personally when feeling a way and slammed on top of it, I put my head down and work and the rest of the world fades ie. social media. It makes me feel better to do that cause I grew up in a nonstop household, So it’s normal for me and I like it. My whole family, we hustle and are proud of it.
I know your wondering why this shot from everything I’ve done... well honestly it just gave me a feeling. It’s from my most recent wedding and it’s the most candid frame. This was that in-between moment from one group location spot to the next. From the light to the sheer mood it just makes you feel that moment no one ever really cares about. Cause it’s the frames before and after that are usually the focus point. I am and will always be a portrait photographer. I love portraits and it’s my whole foundation of who I am and my artsy. But I’m always learning, even after 15 years of having a camera to my face, I’m still trying to better myself, how I see things and grow. So with that said I’m going to do my best to show more of these as well of my pretty portraits 🤗 thank you for reading if you did and for still following along. ❤️❤️

Well is this isn’t the Mondayest Monday’s, but is really anyone keeping track right now?! Whelp, I thought today would be a great day to let the cat of the bag I’ve been holding in for a couple months. I got published! Huge thanks and shoutout to my amazing couple and her husband Sam for having me apart of this day ❤️. Also, for featuring this beautiful wedding. To view the magazine I would say pick up a copy but they have it right online as well for us following quarantine orders 😉
