🦷 What Does an Endodontist Do?
Many people aren’t sure what makes an endodontist different from a general dentist. Endodontists are specialists who receive 2–3 additional years of advanced training focused specifically on diagnosing tooth pain and performing root canal treatment.
At our practice in Jupiter, we use advanced technology and techniques to:
✔️ Treat infected or inflamed tooth pulp
✔️ Relieve dental pain
✔️ Save natural teeth whenever possible
✔️ Perform retreatment when a previous root canal needs attention
🔎 Common signs you may need to see an endodontist:
• Persistent tooth pain
• Sensitivity to hot or cold
• Swelling or tenderness in the gums
• Darkening of a tooth

DO NOT let private equity or non-dental corporations dictate solid endodontic techniques! The Gentlewave (fake) is not owned by endodontists but private equity looking out for THEIR financial interest! It adds NOTHING to your root canal success rates or longevity of your tooth. One of many articles showing zero increase in success (cleaning) compared to traditional techniques! We are an endodontist-owned non-corporate office who seek to provide you the very best treatment based on research not private equity!
