Frustrated with cellulite on your body?

The key is to keep your lymphatic system moving! I call the lymphatic system the “purification system” of the body. If that’s slow, you are slow to detoxify. When your lymphatic system cannot carry away the excess debris, it accumulates in the fat cells, which causes cellulite & possible excess weight.

Every morning. No matter what.

Sunny, cloudy, or rainy, Harper and I head outside within minutes of waking to soak in the magic of sunrise. He’s almost 17 now, and we’ve been doing this since he was a baby.☀️

People often ask about my favorite health habits, and honestly, one of the most powerful things you can do is get outside for sunrise light.

That magical sunlight dictates your health, plain and simple. It regulate circadian rhythm, supports hormone balance, definitely improves sleep, boosts energy, and tells your cells + mitochondria it’s time to wake up and switch gears. When your body is in sync with nature, everything works much better.

For almost 17 years, this simple ritual has been one of my fave ways to connect with nature, and pray, hug, ground to earth, and most importantly just spend that sweet time with Harper alone.

These moments together are the real magic.💛
