I spy with my little eye...an orange sulphur butterfly. These leaf-looking butterflies are common here at the ONA but can be easily missed if you don’t look closely! Next time you are out on the trails, keep an eye out for these beautiful creatures on flowers, leaves, and fluttering by!🦋

The lagoon is an extraordinary part of the ONA due to its exclusive access and array of wildlife. Upsidedown jellyfish are the most prominent animal in the lagoon, but often times you may see manatees, bull sharks, mullet, crabs, and more! The lagoon is best accessible at high tide by kayak or paddleboard. We hope to see you on the water!☀️
