Grab your rods, gather the family, and get ready for a fun-filled day on the water—all while supporting a great cause!

The AustinBlu Family Fishing Tournament welcomes anglers of all ages and skill levels. Whether you're fishing from a boat, dock, shoreline, or your favorite local fishing spot, everyone can join in the excitement.

This unique tournament features TWO ways to compete:

🎣 Release Competition
Earn points for the number and species of fish caught, photographed, and released.

🐟 Harvest Competition
Compete to catch the heaviest fish in these categories:
• Sheepshead
• Crevalle Jack
• Snapper (any species)
• Grunts (any species)

The tournament benefits the AustinBlu Foundation, whose mission is to promote boating and water safety education throughout our community. Proceeds help support educational outreach programs and safety initiatives that make our waterways safer for everyone.

The pier is getting a facelift! If you’ve been out there recently you’ve seen how beat up the old planks are.

We reached out to them to see the timeline and see how they will do it while keeping it open to visitors.

Now if only we could get a little restaurant like the lake worth pier has. That would be amazing.
