The Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM) Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports higher education and the military through scholarships and outreach programs. Through its programs, the Foundation is able to create a pipeline of industry talent, exposing students and future leaders to the vast opportunities within our field.

Every year at National Conference and the Foundation Gala, the Foundation hosts a silent and in-person auction. Because of the generous donations from friends, colleagues, and peers, the Foundation is able to raise money to support students, the military, and our programs.
