Your review is misleading and does not accurately reflect what occurred. You never placed an order directly through Cerealsly Milky. And Claimed it was through “our website”. The order you referenced was placed through an unaffiliated third-party service that we do not own, operate, or control.

You requested complimentary products after the issue arose. When we explained that we could not provide free products for an order that was never placed through our system, you stated that you would leave us a one-star review. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened.

We also noticed that during your visit to Juneau you left one-star reviews for multiple locally owned small businesses. We believe small businesses deserve honest reviews based on genuine experiences, not reviews left after requests for free products are declined.
