📝 Swim Lesson Registration: Monday, June 1st at the pool (1515 Laurel Street, Junction City)
• In-City Residents: 4–5 PM
• Out-of-City Residents: 5–7 PM

Session Dates:
• Session 1: June 22 – July 3
• Session 2: July 6 – July 17
• Session 3: July 20 – July 31
• Session 4: August 3 – August 14

Spots fill quickly, so register early and get ready to make a splash this summer! 🐠

🛟📢 The City of Junction City is looking for seasonal Lifeguards at Max Strauss Swimming Pool for the Summer 2026 season. Apply today!

The pool is expected to open the first weekend of June. Assistance with obtaining Lifeguard Certification during the application process is available. This is a temporary, seasonal position. All applicants must be 15 years of age or older, American Red Cross Lifeguard Certified, able to swim 300 continuous yards, and complete a timed physical challenge. Good news—the pool will remain open into September with special modified hours for Recreation Swim!
📅 Recreation Swim Hours Starting September 4th:
• Thursday & Friday, September 4–5: 4:00 – 8:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday, September 6–7: 12:00 – 6:00 PM
• Monday–Friday, September 8–12: 4:00 – 8:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday, September 13–14: 12:00 – 6:00 PM
✨ Important: Sunday, September 14th, will be the final day of the 2025 pool season.
