Catholic Charities. What a joke. All they want to do is keep their money to pay their staff and play big wig. I'm desperate for help with my gas bill, asked for enough to get a payment arrangement started, and was told they couldn't help me unless I had the income to pay the bill. ?????? WTH??? I told her I've had a mild stroke. I've got PTSD, degenerative bone disease in my back and hips, no cartilage in one of my knees and 2 compressed and a bulging disc in my back. I'm applying for jobs as I've been told I don't qualify for disability. The small business I was running has folded due to a loss of business and I'm about to lose the roof over my head. But don't ask them for help unless I have a proof of income. If I HAD the income, I wouldn't be asking for help!
