Recently finished up this flooring remodel. All new engineered vinyl plank flooring, 4 1/4 inch baseboard, new hardiebacker and tile in the bathrooms and new stain matched red oak stair treads with fresh risers. Turned out quite well, they picked good colors! (P.S. tile matching grout was installed 👍)

The results after a leaking fridge line damaged part of his basement ceiling. Got the new texture to match the existing texture pretty much spot on.
