My full time job is as an occupational therapist, and April is OT month. We celebrated at work today, and I contributed these delicious "OT" cakes. 🙂🙂🙂

O = vanilla cake filled and topped with cream cheese buttercream, finished with fresh fruit. 🍓

T = dark chocolate cake filled and topped with salted caramel buttercream, chocolate and caramel drizzle, finished with a variety of chocolate/ caramel cookies and candy. 😋

Lilo and Stitch has always been one of my favorite movies, so I was happy to make these Stitch-inspired MollyCakes ... and, unlike Dr. Jumba, I think making more than one was the ethical and responsible decision here. 😀🧁💙
