There is something incredibly special about teaching children the importance of serving others.

Yesterday, this young man proudly helped deliver a meal on behalf of Local Mpact, and his excitement was contagious! With a bag in each hand, and a huge heart for helping, he reminded us that compassion has no age limit.

Because of the generosity of our donors and supporters, Local Mpact was able to pay funeral expenses for a grieving family.

There is nothing easy about these moments. No parent should ever have to make arrangements for their child. Our hearts ache alongside every family walking this unimaginable journey.

While we wish these needs never existed, we are incredibly grateful to be able to step in and help ease even a small portion of the burden during such a heartbreaking time.
