This week we said farewell to some amazing members of our team as they progress in their careers outside of the organization. SGT Chavarria came to us in March this year to serve as our Supply NCO during a busy time of year and managed all inventories, facilities, and property book items for training. She has been hired on at Sustainment Training Center (STC) as their new Supply Sergeant. CW3 Johnson joined the MTC Team in March of 2022 as the Future Operations (FUOPS) Officer and has done a spectacular job with his automation expertise, organization, and planning skills to ensure Rotational Training Units (RTUs) receive the best customer service prior to their training. Chief Johnson has accepted a new job in the civilian workforce that will provide him and his family tremendous growth potential. MAJ Strohmaier has been with MTC-Dodge since March of 2021 and has served as the team's Communications Officer (S6) and worked tirelessly with our Network Support Team (NST) ensuring all RTUs and Doctrinal Training Teams (DTTs) have the proper network/communications equipment and capabilities to conduct training. MAJ Strohmaier is following his passion into the cyber field with the Iowa Air National Guard.
Our success here at MTC-Dodge is solely due to the hardworking men and women of our team. Without them, we couldn't be as effective as we are providing training and guidance to units across the country. Thank you for your dedication and we wish you all the best of luck in your future endeavors.
