Chad, Devlin, Rob and Brian took part in this unique drainage project in Jericho. We installed a french drain around the perimeter of the back yard using perforated 4 inch SDR35 pipe, stone and fabric to get the water out of there. We then ran a second solid SDR35 pipe for the gutter downspouts. You never want to introduce gutter water into a french drainage system. Always separate them. Same rule of thumb with gutter drains and footing drains for your foundation. Never introduce roof water to the base of your foundation!
