Congrats to our team on an amazing comp! We co-hosted the CNY Regional Open on Saturday with where the team cleaned up on medals, PRs, state records and qualifying totals. Thank you to IWL for co-hosting, for driving so far to help with every aspect of the day and to my assistant coaches for all of their help with prep and managing the lifters throughout the day. Thank you to all of the lifters that came out to support the comp as well, I hope you all had a great experience!
