P.S. Grooming

I've seen so many people make this post that I always knew I'd have to make one day but I never thought today would be the day. I don't even know how to begin this horrific post or how to begin living without the one thing that got me through everyday for almost 12 years. Everything seems empty and wrong without her. I feel like half of who I am was taken. She was my other half, my child, my soul mate, my everything. She fought hard, she gave it her all, but in the end the cancer won and took the most precious thing that it could take. She had the biggest and loudest personality. I couldn't have asked for a better soul mate.

Sophie update: We received some sad news recently that her lymphoma is back and is no longer responding to this chemo protocol. She goes to her oncologist on Monday for a rescue shot to hopefully Kickstart her back into remission to be able to start a new chemotherapy protocol the following Monday. Please keep us in your thoughts. This mama is scared and very worried. I know she still has a lot of fight left in her, im hoping this evil cancer doesn't make her give up her fight so soon. I'm not ready to lose my soul mate😭. On a positive note, she no longer has any collapsing episodes, which means her chemodectoma(heart tumor) has been shrinking and is continuing to shrink.
I would like to thank all of my clients for continuing to be patient and understanding through this not so easy journey that we are on.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year! I'm excited for another year full of amazing clients with some of the sweetest pups! I am so grateful to each and every one of my clients. I have known many of you and your fur babies for years at this point, and I couldn't tell you how happy that makes me. I am truly lucky that I get the pleasure to groom your babies and get to spend so much time with each of them. I'd also like to thank everyone for all of the love and gifts that i received through Christmas.🥰
